Refund and Returns Policy
Effective Date: 7/11/2025
Due to the sensitive and regulated nature of our products, all sales made through Supreme Aminos are final. We do not offer returns or refunds except in cases where an error has occurred on our part or a product arrives damaged.
Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns of any peptide, research chemical, or amino blend under any circumstances. This is to ensure product integrity and prevent any risk of contamination or tampering.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your product arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include the following:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once verified, we will send a free replacement at no cost to you. We may require the return of the original product, in which case we will provide a prepaid return label.
Lost Packages
If a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier but not received, we consider the order fulfilled. We are not responsible for theft, incorrect addresses, or deliveries marked complete.
If your package shows no tracking updates for 8 or more business days, contact us. We will investigate and, if confirmed lost, issue a one-time reshipment.
Chargebacks & Fraudulent Claims
Any chargeback or dispute filed without first contacting us to resolve the issue will be considered a violation of our terms. Chargebacks initiated without merit will be treated as fraud and may result in account suspension or collections reporting.
