What are your products intended for?
All compounds sold by Supreme Aminos are strictly for Research Use Only. They are not approved by the FDA for human or veterinary use and are not intended for consumption, injection, diagnosis, or treatment of any medical condition.
Are your products safe for human use or ingestion?
No. Our products are not safe to ingest or administer in any way. They are intended for laboratory research only and must not be used in or on humans or animals.
Do you offer refunds or accept returns?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, we’ll make it right with a reshipment. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
How fast do you ship orders?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours. High-demand periods may cause slight delays. Tracking is always provided via email once your order ships.
Which shipping carrier do you use?
We ship exclusively with USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail, depending on package size and destination. Tracking is always included.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately so we can update the address. If it’s already in transit, we can only reship once it’s returned to us.
What if my package says “delivered” but I didn’t receive it?
Please check with neighbors and your local post office. If it doesn’t turn up within 8–10 business days, contact us and we’ll help find a resolution. We may offer a discounted reshipment if the package is deemed lost.
What if my product arrives damaged?
Email us at support@supremeaminos.com with your order number and a clear photo of the damage. We’ll arrange a free reshipment of the damaged item.
What if my package is missing items or contains the wrong products?
Contact us immediately. If we verify the issue, we will reship the missing or correct products free of charge.
Why are your products labeled “Not for Human Consumption”?
To comply with U.S. law, all our compounds are sold strictly for research purposes. Labeling ensures clear communication that these products are not approved for human use.
Do you provide instructions for reconstitution or usage?
No. Due to legal and compliance reasons, we cannot provide guidance, advice, or instructions on how to reconstitute or use any compound.
Why does the powder in my vial look clumpy or loose?
This is normal. Peptides may appear as a solid puck or fine powder depending on how they were lyophilized and how the vial was handled during shipping.
Why won’t my peptide dissolve right away during reconstitution?
Some peptides are hydrophobic and take time to dissolve. Gently swirl the vial—do not shake—and be patient. Avoid using heat unless you are experienced.
How should I store lyophilized peptides?
Store freeze-dried peptides in a cool, dry, and dark place. For long-term storage, refrigeration is ideal. Once reconstituted, keep them refrigerated and use within a reasonable timeframe.
How should amino blends or solutions be stored?
Most can be kept at room temperature. However, blends like glutathione or NAD+ should be stored in a refrigerator to maintain stability.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We only ship to U.S. addresses. International shipping may be offered in the future depending on demand and regulations.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, CashApp, Venmo, PayPal, and cryptocurrency through secure third-party processors. Availability may vary depending on payment processor status.
Why do your payment methods change sometimes?
Because our industry is considered high-risk, payment processors may disable service unexpectedly. We work hard to maintain stable and secure options for checkout.
How can I verify the quality of your products?
We work with reputable third-party labs for HPLC and mass spec testing. COAs (Certificates of Analysis) are available for review on product pages or by request.

Does USPS Express come with a money-back delivery guarantee?
We offer USPS Priority Mail Express as a shipping option, but please note: money-back delivery guarantees do not apply when Express shipments are processed through third-party providers like Pirate Ship. While Express orders are still prioritized for speed, delayed deliveries are not eligible for USPS refunds unless purchased directly at a retail USPS counter.
