Shipping Policy

Supreme Aminos currently ships to all 50 U.S. states using USPS. At this time, we do not ship internationally.

📦 Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer the following flat-rate shipping options:

• USPS Ground – $10 (5–10 business days)
• USPS Priority – $15 (2–4 business days)
• USPS Express – $35 (1–2 business days, USPS guarantee with receipt)
• FREE SHIPPING – Available on all orders over $250 (pre-discount total)

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

⚠️ USPS Express Shipping Notice

USPS Express may offer a money-back guarantee only if the shipment is delayed and you retain the original receipt from an in-person post office transaction. If you print your label online (e.g., through Pirate Ship), you may not be eligible for a refund through USPS if it’s late. Please keep this in mind when selecting Express shipping.

🕒 Delivery Delays

While we do our best to process your order quickly, we are not responsible for carrier delays once the package is in transit. Weather, holidays, or other USPS issues may occasionally impact delivery timeframes.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect address input by the customer.
