Welcome to Supreme Aminos. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of supremeaminos.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. By using the Site, placing an order, or clicking "I confirm" on the age verification gate, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

To use this Site or place an order you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (21 in jurisdictions that require it).
• Be a qualified researcher, scientist, laboratory technician, or affiliated with a research institution, OR be purchasing for in vitro research that you personally control.
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where the sale, possession, or import of these compounds is prohibited.
• Not intend to use any product for human or animal consumption, including yourself.

You confirm all of the above each time you check the age-verification box and again when you place an order. Misrepresenting your age, qualifications, or intended use is a material breach of these Terms.

2. Research Use Only Acknowledgment

By placing an order, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• All products are sold as research chemicals for laboratory use only.
• None of the products are FDA-approved drugs.
• None of the products are intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease.
• You will not ingest, inject, inhale, apply topically, or otherwise administer any product to yourself, another person, or any animal.
• You will store, handle, and dispose of products in accordance with standard laboratory safety practices and applicable law.
• You assume full and sole responsibility for any use of these products and release Supreme Aminos from any liability arising from misuse.

3. Product Information & Purity

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, purity claims (≥99% HPLC verified), storage conditions, and category information are accurate. However:

• Descriptions are summaries based on published research literature and are not medical claims.
• Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available on request via WhatsApp or email.
• Slight variations in lot-to-lot purity, color, or appearance are normal and do not constitute a defect.
• Images on the Site are illustrative; actual product packaging may vary.

4. Orders & Payment

We currently process all payments manually outside of this Site. After you place an order:

1. You'll receive an order confirmation email with payment instructions for your selected method (Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, Bitcoin, Ethereum, or USDT ERC-20).
2. Payment must be received in full before we ship your order.
3. Crypto payments receive a 5% discount, applied at checkout.
4. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order — including orders that appear fraudulent, that ship to a restricted state, or that we believe in good faith are not for legitimate research use.

Pricing is in U.S. Dollars and may change at any time. Promotional discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

5. Shipping

• We ship to the United States only. International orders are not currently accepted.
• Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders.
• Orders ship within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation, Monday through Friday.
• Tracking information is sent by email when your package leaves our facility.
• We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, severe weather, or address errors you provide.
• Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier accepts the package.

6. Returns, Refunds & Damaged Shipments

Due to the nature of research compounds, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of opened or used product. However:

• If your order arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and product immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll replace or refund at our discretion.
• If you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.
• If a product fails our purity standard within its shelf life under proper storage, we'll replace the affected lot.
• We cannot issue refunds for products that have been opened, mis-stored, or used in a manner inconsistent with our handling instructions.

Send all return and damage claims to orders@supremeaminos.com with photos and your order number.

7. Restricted States & Jurisdictions

Some U.S. states and many countries restrict or prohibit the sale or possession of certain research compounds. You are responsible for knowing and complying with the laws of your jurisdiction. If you order a product to a restricted location, we may cancel the order and refund your payment. We do not provide legal advice and the absence of a state from this list does not imply a product is legal in your area.

8. Intellectual Property

The Site, including all text, images, logos, and the "Supreme Aminos" name, is owned by Supreme Aminos and protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. Product photos and descriptions are licensed for personal reference only.

9. User Conduct

When using the Site you agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, our database, or our infrastructure.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to harvest data or place orders.
• Submit false information at checkout or impersonate another person.
• Resell our products as supplements, drugs, or for human consumption.
• Use our products for any unlawful purpose.

10. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUPREME AMINOS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. WE MAKE NO MEDICAL OR THERAPEUTIC CLAIMS WHATSOEVER ABOUT ANY PRODUCT.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUPREME AMINOS, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, PERSONAL INJURY, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE — ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY PRODUCT, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR ORDER WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT IN QUESTION.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Supreme Aminos and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from: (a) your use of any product, especially any use that violates the Research Use Only acknowledgment; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, U.S.A., without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Knox County, Tennessee, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. The U.N. Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage for at least 14 days. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Severability & Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.
